The Process
Here's How it Works
01. Consult
After making an inquiry, we'll set up a time to chat on the phone and get to know each other. During the call we will discuss your wedding day plans, my photo/video/photo booth packages, and how we can work together to perfectly capture your big day!
02. Book
After the consultation we'll send over a proposal including your selected services, payment breakdown, and contract. You'll be able to view and approve the quote as well as look over the contract and terms before signing and making your retainer payment.
03. Plan
Over the next few months you'll be receiving email reminders and detail questionnaires to keep you organized throughout your wedding planning process. We are available via phone, text, or email at any point to help answer any questions you may have throughout your wedding journey.
04. Enjoy
Photos and videos will be delivered during a super fun formal viewing session at my home studio. They will then be sent to you via an online gallery as well as a custom physical USB so you have easy access to all of your edited high resolution images. Feel free to share, post, and print as often as you desire. Professional print and keepsake album album options are available at the formal viewing and after your session.

FREQUENTLY asked QUESTIONS
How many photos will we receive?
On average, you can expect 40-60 images per hour from a single shooter and 60-80 images per hour with two shooters. Final image count will depend on daily schedule, guest count, and number of photographers.
How and when will I get my photos?
Photos and videos will be delivered via an online gallery as well as a custom physical USB so you have easy access to all of your edited high resolution images. Photos will be returned in 4-8 weeks and video in 2-4 months. Return times vary by season.
When do you charge travel fees?
There are no travel fees for any weddings on my service list. All prices are inclusive of travel and accommodation, where need be.
What is the payment schedule?
A retainer payment of 50% of the total along with a signed contract is required to book services for your wedding date. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your wedding date.
How far in advance should I book?
I am available for booking as far out as 24 months in advance. The earlier you book, the easier and less stressful your wedding planning process will be.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
In the unfortunate and unlikely event you need to reschedule your wedding the retainer payment can be transferred to a new date for a small rescheduling fee. If a reschedule occurs less than 60 days before your wedding date your final payment must be made in full.
