Love is Love: Marriage Equality stylized shoot at Ruby Hill Golf Club by Luxe Bridal Show and The Test of Time Weddings

Love is inevitable. At some point in all our lives, we’re wracked with senseless-rose colored-passion and desire. It’s a beautiful thing and one that’s not exclusive to any race, creed, religion, gender, or culture. Before the holidays I was approached by Nick at Luxe Bridal Shows to photograph the stylized shoot he was planning in support of marriage equality. The shoot was planned by the incredible Mandy at The Test of Time Weddings in collaboration with the incredible venue concierge, Melisa, at The Club at Ruby Hill. They pulled off a flawless and beautiful shoot with multiple sets, stunning fashion, and (most importantly) a huge handful of fantastic vendors! The shoot was an incredible display of vendor talent and I’m so excited to share the images with all of you!

We started with getting models Katie and Karry ready with help from Beauty by Anysia!

The first set was a beautiful semi-gothic feeling table, complete with hanging greens, a vintage tablescape, gold flatware, and a gorgeous crystal chandelier.

Katy and Karry melded flawlessly into the set. We had a great time giggling and snuggling while avoiding the rain!

Clark and Vinnie worked the cute minimalist second set in their matching TUXEDO SHORTS! We had fun exploring the property and using lots of different spaces to get the photos we wanted.

I was lucky to get a second round with Karry and Katie in new outfits and they did not disappoint! The inside of the venue is JUST as phenomenal as the outside!

Finally, we ended the day with a SUPER fun mannequin challenge as well as working our last inside set with the fabulous Anna Nicole as my model. And honey, she WORKED it!

This shoot was perfect and it couldn’t have come together without the AMAZING vendors listed below!
