Erin and Conor’s colorful vintage inspired wedding was an exquisite representation of their deep admiration for one another. The backdrop for this gorgeous wedding was The Monastery, in Mt. Adams, Cincinnati. The Monastery has deep historical roots in Cincinnati, which paired well with the vintage theme of this wedding. Erin’s ring was a beautiful vintage inspired design. The classic look stationary was created as a collaboration between the bride and her sister, and was assembled by hand. Even the green, purple, and blue color theme of this wedding had a vintage vibe to it.

Erin and Conor were so much fun to work with, and our families have become fast friends! All of Erin’s sisters were bridesmaids, which made for a fun day. The girlies had such a great time getting ready together. Erin’s soft blue vintage inspired wedding dress was a custom made design from Renee Grace Bridal. Erin actually was so excited to get to the venue, she forgot her amazing custom blue booties at home, and my partner James ran to pick them up for her! (When I say we go above and beyond, I mean it!)

Conor was also incredibly excited about their big day. During our first look, Conor was so elated that he actually ran in circles around Erin to take in her entire incredible aesthetic! The smile on his face says it ALL!

The ceremony was beautiful, with the pastel dresses and florals against the backdrop of the blue walls and high ceilings. Conor and his groomsmen were also looking timelessly handsome with suits from Folchi’s and their pastel ties and boutineers. All of these details were so well thought out for the vintage inspired wedding theme. Also, Erin and Conor’s vows were so authentic and original; some of my favorites that I’ve heard! Conor is so well spoken, and his love for Erin was so well articulated. Erin is quirky and vivacious, and her vows were so real and loving.

The reception was also stunning! Erin did a lot of DIY work to make the tables as thoughtful for their vintage inspired wedding as possible. I’ve said before that personal touches make such a difference in a wedding’s ambiance! She used vintage frames and china as table numbers, and built on the pastel color theme throughout the florals and linens. The couple also incorporated a lovely memorial table for Erin’s father. The cake was gorgeous with its splashes of purple and florals. A photo backdrop wall made from photos of the couple was a highlight of the reception decor.
